Pre-K Program

For students 4 years of age by September 1st, we offer the VPK program August through May, and are proud of high scoring results through the Florida Department of Education. Whether a child has been in pre-school for several years or this is their first experience, we strive to make each child feel safe, loved and accepted as a Stepping Stones student.

Stepping Stones priority for Pre-K students is their social and emotional development. Academic areas practiced daily are: print knowledge, phonetic awareness, math skills, social studies and simple science. Good listening skills and getting along well with others is a life skill we work on throughout each day.
